Classes meet once a week for fun, hands-on activities to experience the topic of the week.

Travel through time to discover cultures and farming practices throughout the world.

Experiment with techniques to unearth the best farming practices.

Workshop day is 5 hours long, once a week.

There are five six-week components each year.
