  Celebration Education Employment Opportunities

The following are potential positions that may come open as the school expands. Many of these positions could actually be contracted out to individuals or organizations who are already in the business of providing such services. All positions are part time. Individuals may fill more than one position.

This is the most fun you will have teaching! It's like playing all day! This is our most pressing employment need. We are actively hiring for part-time teachers at the Mission Viejo location. Teachers will:

  • Be at the school for five hours a day. Teacher prep. can be during this time.
  • Teach a wide range of subjects to students of varying abilities.

What we look for in our teachers:
  • Love and trust children.
  • Understand and support Celebration Education's philosophy and methods.
  • Creativity and energy.
  • Education and experience.
Hiring process for teachers:
  1. Attend an actual school day.
  2. Interview.
  3. If the interview goes well, you will be fingerprinted and invited to work at the school at minimum pay for two weeks. This is like a short internship for you to become more familiar with how Celebration does things. You will be invited to do at least one ten-minute presentation for the students. The topic will depend on the day you present.
